Sam Cooper

Certified PT (Cert III & IV in Fitness) Bachelor of Arts (Sports Nutrition & Psychology)

I’m a fully certified and experienced Personal Trainer who utilises my extensive nutrition knowledge, combined with my behavioural psychology background, to help clients create positive, long lasting habits that go beyond just training!

My sessions are always 1-1 so I can give you the attention you deserve. I use a combination of outdoor cardio sessions in the parks of Glebe, indoor strength sessions in my own personal studio, and nutrition sessions, including grocery store visits and meal prep lessons.

No more boring treadmill or spin bike cardio sessions. Lets get outside and switch things up with circuit style training and fun games.

1-1 Strength Training in my own personal studio

You’ll never feel uncomfortable in a big gym setting again. My studio acts as your own private gym as we work through compound strength exercises with an emphasis on proper form to avoid injury and keep you strong and healthy!

Is to help you improve your overall health and fitness through a combination of strength training and fun outdoor cardio sessions, coupled with nutrition and habit forming advice to make you feel better and look better guaranteed.
